Online Abstract

Those who wish to participate in the symposium with a paper should submit their abstracts via the Abstract submission module on the web site at the latest by March 24, 2017.

  • Oral and Poster abstracts will be collected for the symposium.
  • It is necessary to register for the symposium so that abstracts can be published on the summary CD.
  • A participant may submit a maximum of three abstract.
  • In short, the abstracts should be structured to include the introduction, purpose, method, results and discussion information.
  • Academic titles should not be used, and abstracts should not exceed 500 words.
  • Posters will be presented as "digital posters".
  • Abstracts are collected via the online abstract system.
  • Paper submissions via e-mail or other methods shall not be accepted.
  • All the information requested on the paper creation page must be entered completely.
  • Saved papers in the system can be edited until the final date of submission, but submitted papers can not be edited or modified.
  • Submitted papers are reviewed after the final submission date, submitted papers are accepted or rejected as a result of the review process.
  • Those who wish to apply for awards should mark the Award Application option when uploading the notification of the claimant who wants to apply.
  • If the paper acceptance letters are notified after the discounted registration date, the paper owners will be able to benefit from the discounted rates. 

Digital Poster Technical Specifications:

  • Should be prepared vertically in JPEG format, with an aspect ratio of 3:4.
  • It should be high resolution, with dimensions of 1536 (width) x 2048 (height) minimum.
  • Digital E-posters prepared with the specified dimensions should have as large and readible letters as possible. Recommended font is arial between 12 - 22 type size.
  • If the information on the E-Poster does not fit on one page, a second page should be prepared with the same dimensions, and the quality of the pasted pictures and tables should be high.
  • Paper owners having problems with JPEG resolution can send their work files with ppt or pptx extensions directly to us.
